Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
- Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs based on patient needs
- Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure continuity and quality of patient care
- Adhere to facility-specific protocols, dress code, and operational guidelines
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Washington (permanent license required)
- Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
- Ability to complete facility-specific credentialing and documentation requirements prior to assignment start
- Willingness to commit to a 13–26 week contract assignment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a high-volume outpatient rehabilitation environment
- Familiarity with contract assignment workflows and travel therapy expectations
