Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
- Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
- Deliver therapeutic interventions in accordance with plan of care and clinical guidelines
- Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the care team to support patient progress and outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Washington (permanent license required)
- Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
- Ability to meet facility-specific credentialing requirements
- Compliance with all onboarding and documentation requirements prior to assignment start
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a high-volume outpatient rehabilitation environment
- Strong documentation skills and familiarity with electronic medical records
