    Description

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide physical therapy services within a specialized post-acute brain injury and stroke rehabilitation setting
    • Deliver care across skilled nursing, long-term care, and outpatient rehabilitation service lines
    • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
    • Support patient access to adaptive sports equipment and coordinate with recreational therapy services as appropriate
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Maine or eligibility to obtain licensure
    • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
    • Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday daytime hours
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience in post-acute, brain injury, or stroke rehabilitation settings
    • Familiarity with CARF-accredited facility standards and practices
    • Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care environments
