    Key Responsibilities
    • Completes comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients and develops, implements, and modifies individualized treatment plans in accordance with patient needs, goals, and physician direction
    • Completes medical record documentation in a clear, concise, accurate, and timely manner including goal writing, functional quality indicator assessments, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with state, federal, and intermediary guidelines
    • Delegates and directs all discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients, ensuring design of functional treatment programs that support effective return to community activities
    • Participates in student programs as assigned, providing supervision, developing learning objectives, and completing student evaluations
    • Adheres to discipline-specific state practice acts and all applicable regulatory requirements; maintains professional licensure in good standing
    • Actively pursues professional development through continuing education, self-study, and involvement in professional activities and organizations
    Required Qualifications
    • Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in good standing in the state of Georgia
    • Ability to complete comprehensive patient evaluations and develop evidence-based treatment plans
    • Proficiency in clinical documentation including progress notes, goal writing, and letters of medical necessity
    • Knowledge of and adherence to state practice acts and applicable regulatory and compliance standards
    • Commitment to patient and employee safety practices including safe patient handling and infection control
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
    • Experience supervising or mentoring physical therapy students or clinical affiliates
    • Familiarity with performance improvement methodologies and quality initiatives
