Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Days | Monday–Thursday 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Friday 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment services within an outpatient therapy clinic setting
- Develop and implement individualized patient treatment plans in accordance with physician orders and clinical best practices
- Document patient progress and clinical notes accurately using the facility's EMR system (EPIC)
- Work independently to manage a patient caseload with minimal supervision
- Maintain compliance with facility dress code and operational policies throughout the assignment
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license valid in the state of Pennsylvania
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist
- Proficiency with EPIC or comparable electronic medical records system
- Ability to work independently in an outpatient clinical environment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior outpatient physical therapy experience strongly preferred
- Experience working in a travel or contract therapy assignment
