Key Responsibilities- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
- Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs based on patient needs
- Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure continuity and quality of patient care
- Maintain compliance with credentialing and facility-specific requirements throughout the assignment
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapist license (permanent state license required)
- Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
- Ability to meet contract credentialing and quality assurance requirements prior to start
- Commitment to a 40-hour guaranteed workweek, with adjusted hours during holiday weeks
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience working in a high-volume outpatient therapy environment
- Familiarity with travel or contract assignment workflows and documentation standards
