Key Responsibilities
Screen, evaluate, and treat patients in accordance with state and federal regulations and facility guidelines
Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment and discharge plans of care
Accurately and timely document all therapy services provided
Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs in accordance with applicable practice acts
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and patient families to support optimal outcomes
Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT)
Active state Physical Therapist license or ability to obtain prior to start
Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
Ability to adapt to varying schedules, patient populations, and facility environments
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience supervising PTAs or Rehab Technicians
Experience working in a rehabilitation or skilled nursing setting
