Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to an outpatient orthopedic patient population
- Manage a caseload of approximately 12–14 patients per day
- Meet a productivity expectation of approximately 60 visits per week
- Participate in double-booking of follow-up visits as expected by the clinic
- Obtain director approval prior to working any overtime hours
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license — PTAs will not be considered for this role
- Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (new graduates will not be considered)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient clinical environment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior outpatient physical therapy experience strongly preferred
- Experience treating orthopedic conditions and managing high-volume caseloads
- Comfort with double-booking and efficient patient scheduling workflows
