Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an outpatient therapy setting, seeing approximately 12–14 patients per day
• Maintain a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
• Perform double-booking of follow-up visits as expected by the clinic
• Work a guaranteed 36-hour week with the potential to work up to 40 hours; all overtime must receive director approval prior to being worked

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Kentucky or eligibility to obtain
• Must be an experienced clinician — new graduates will not be considered
• Prior travel or multi-site experience required — first-time travelers will not be considered
• Must live within 50 miles of the facility to be eligible for local rates; candidates outside 50 miles are also welcome to apply

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Outpatient physical therapy experience strongly preferred
• Comfort managing a high-volume patient caseload in a fast-paced clinic environment
