Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
- Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
- Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress throughout the course of care
- Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity and quality of patient care
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license — permanent Nevada state license required; compact license may be accepted at start but permanent Nevada licensure must be obtained promptly
- Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
- Ability to meet credentialing and contract quality assurance requirements prior to assignment start
- Must not have worked at this facility in a permanent or PRN capacity within the past year
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous travel therapy experience in an outpatient rehabilitation environment
- Strong documentation skills with the ability to adapt to facility-specific systems
