Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment services within a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) setting
- Deliver patient care in an Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU) environment, supporting patients with complex medical and rehabilitative needs
- Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes using facility EMR systems (NetHealth, ProTouch)
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient treatment plans
- Maintain compliance with facility dress code and departmental policies
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience
- Experience working in an acute care, LTACH, or rehabilitation hospital setting
- Proficiency or ability to quickly learn EMR platforms (NetHealth, ProTouch)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) or Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU)
- Familiarity with NetHealth and/or ProTouch documentation systems
