Contract | Days | Monday–Friday | 13-week contract (with potential extension up to 26 weeks) | Open to 4x10 schedule; must be available for up to 2 evenings per week until 7:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a caseload of approximately 55–63 patients per week
- Conduct evaluations (scheduled at 1 hour each) and follow-up treatments (typically scheduled 2 per hour)
- Document patient care accurately using the Raintree EMR system
- Maintain compliance with facility protocols and complete required onboarding modules prior to assignment start
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Massachusetts or eligibility to obtain
- Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy (BSPT) or higher
- Minimum of 3 months of outpatient PT experience post-clinicals, OR at least 1 year of PT experience in other settings post-clinicals
- Ability to complete required pre-assignment onboarding modules before first shift
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with Raintree EMR
- Comfort managing a high-volume outpatient caseload efficiently
- Flexibility and adaptability with scheduling, including evening availability
