Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Administer therapeutic exercises and rehabilitative procedures to improve patient mobility and function
- Monitor and document patient progress throughout the course of treatment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Mississippi or compact eligibility
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Ability to meet facility credentialing and compliance requirements
- Must present a valid state or federal issued photo identification upon arrival at the facility
- Must wear a photo badge at all times while on site
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in a contract or travel therapy setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working within multidisciplinary teams
