Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | 5x8s preferred (4x10s may be considered); at least 2 evening shifts required with last patient at 6:00 PM; no weekends | Clinic Hours: Monday–Thursday 7:00 AM–7:00 PM, Friday 7:00 AM–5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients across a variety of conditions including general orthopedics, vestibular disorders, sports medicine, TMD, and neuro/balance
• Manage a caseload of 55+ patients per week across adult, pediatric orthopedic, geriatric, and sports medicine populations
• Conduct 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute follow-up visits, with treatment sessions typically lasting 60–75 minutes
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation using the NextGen documentation system, supported by AI-assisted scribing technology
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinic team including PTAs, OTs, front desk staff, and aides
• Adhere to business casual dress code and clinic orientation protocols

Required Qualifications

• Active Indiana Physical Therapist license required
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (new graduates not accepted)
• Experience treating general orthopedic conditions
• Ability to maintain a productivity standard of 55+ patients per week
• Availability to work at least 2 evening shifts per week

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in vestibular rehabilitation, dry needling, or TMD treatment
• Background in sports medicine or working with pediatric and geriatric populations
• Familiarity with NextGen or similar electronic documentation systems
