Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | 5 x 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs based on patient needs
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility requirements
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated patient care
• Adhere to all credentialing, compliance, and facility-specific documentation requirements prior to and during assignment

• Active Physical Therapist license required
• Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Ability to meet contract credentialing and quality assurance requirements before start of assignment
• Must obtain a permanent state license for the state of assignment; compact license may be accepted temporarily but permanent licensure must be obtained promptly

• Previous travel or contract physical therapy experience
• Familiarity with outpatient orthopedic or musculoskeletal rehabilitation

• Equipment provided and parking details furnished upon start
• Consistent full-time hours with weekly billing cycle and a structured day shift schedule
