Shift Details:

Physical Therapist Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Provide physical therapy services to support students' mobility, physical function, and participation in school activities.
  • Assess students' physical abilities, movement needs, and functional limitations.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve strength, balance, coordination, and mobility.
  • Provide therapeutic exercises and interventions to enhance students' independence and safety.
  • Assist students with mobility devices, positioning, and physical accommodations as needed.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams to support student goals and development.
  • Monitor, document, and evaluate student progress throughout therapy services.
  • Participate in assessments, meetings, and individualized education planning.
  • Maintain compliance with school procedures, safety standards, and professional requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Graduate of accredited physical therapy program
  • Current Physical Therapist (PT) licensure in applicable state
  • American Heart Association BLS, for Health Care Providers
  • Minimum of one (1) year related experience.
  • Additional certifications may be required
  • Copy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.
  • Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., . BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements ) .
