Contract | Travel | Days | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Expected 36 hours/week | 13-Week Assignment
Key Responsibilities
Provide physical therapy services to an adult inpatient rehabilitation population, including neurological, orthopedic, cardiac, and fall-related diagnoses
Manage a caseload of up to 8 patients per therapist, supported by 1–2 therapy assistants and a rehab technician
Perform point-of-care documentation using the UDS electronic health record system
Apply GG Scoring knowledge in functional assessment and documentation
Utilize specialized rehabilitation equipment including Vector, Litegait, Saeto, InMotion ARM, Senaptec Sensory, and Technobody systems
May be required to float to a sister facility approximately 8 miles away
Required Qualifications
Active Physical Therapist (PT) license — must be valid and in good standing
BLS certification required
Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience
Proficiency in point-of-care documentation and time management
Working knowledge of GG Scoring
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience in an inpatient rehabilitation facility (IRF) setting
Familiarity with UDS electronic health record system
Experience treating neurological, orthopedic, and cardiac patient populations
