Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services within an outpatient orthopedic setting
- Manage a caseload of approximately 12–14 patients per day with an expected productivity of 60 visits per week
- Perform double-booking of follow-up visits as part of standard clinic workflow
- Deliver specialized hand therapy treatment; Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential or extensive hand therapy experience strongly preferred
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Washington or eligibility to obtain
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (new graduates not eligible)
- Ability to meet productivity expectations in a fast-paced outpatient environment
- Willingness to adhere to clinic overtime policies, including obtaining director approval prior to working any overtime hours
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) designation or significant hand therapy clinical experience
- Prior outpatient orthopedic experience
- Comfort with high-volume patient schedules and double-booking workflows
