Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities and limitations
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on evaluation findings
Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities to facilitate patient recovery
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to optimize patient care
Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation goals, techniques, and home exercise programs
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments and treatments
Required Qualifications
Valid and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the state of Washington
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience working in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry best practices in rehabilitation
Experience managing a high volume of skilled patients
