Key Responsibilities
Screen, evaluate, and treat patients in accordance with state and federal regulations and facility guidelines
Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment and discharge plans of care
Deliver direct physical therapy services to restore patient function and mobility
Document all services accurately and in a timely manner
Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehab Techs in accordance with applicable practice acts
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and patient families to support optimal outcomes
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT)
Active state Physical Therapist license or ability to obtain prior to start
Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
Ability to maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules and patient populations
