Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to an outpatient orthopedic patient population
- Manage a caseload of approximately 12–14 patients per day with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
- Perform double-booking of follow-up visits as expected within the clinic's scheduling model
- Deliver evidence-based treatment plans tailored to orthopedic conditions and functional rehabilitation goals
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of North Carolina or eligibility to obtain one
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (new graduates not eligible for this role)
- Ability to meet productivity expectations of 60 visits per week
- Willingness to adhere to clinic scheduling standards, including double-booking of follow-up visits

Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior outpatient physical therapy experience strongly preferred
- Experience treating orthopedic patient populations
- Familiarity with high-volume outpatient clinic environments
