Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient therapy setting
- Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress throughout the course of care
- Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated patient care
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Alabama (permanent license required; compact license not accepted)
- Prior experience in an outpatient or relevant physical therapy setting
- Ability to meet credentialing and contract quality assurance requirements prior to assignment start
- Must not have worked at this facility in a permanent or PRN capacity within the past year
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a high-volume outpatient therapy environment
- Strong documentation skills with ability to adapt to facility-specific systems and workflows
