Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient orthopedic physical therapy services to a diverse patient population
- Manage a caseload of approximately 12–14 patients per day with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
- Perform double-booking of follow-up visits as part of standard clinic workflow
- Collaborate with clinic leadership and obtain director approval prior to working any overtime hours
- Float to other clinic locations as needed
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Georgia
- Prior travel therapy experience preferred; first-time travelers will be considered
- New graduates will not be considered — prior clinical experience required
- Ability to meet productivity standards in a fast-paced outpatient setting
- Willingness and ability to float to neighboring clinic locations
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Outpatient orthopedic physical therapy experience strongly preferred
- Comfort with high-volume patient caseloads and double-booking workflows
- Experience working within a multi-clinic or travel team structure
