Key Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient acute physical therapy evaluation and treatment services
• Deliver patient care across rotating shift schedules, including occasional evening shifts, weekend coverage, and holiday assignments
• Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately within the electronic health record system
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support patient recovery and discharge planning

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license for the state of California required
• BLS certification required
• Inpatient acute care experience required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Epic electronic health record system
