Key Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other physical therapy interventions
Monitor and document patient progress throughout the course of treatment
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
Educate patients and families on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention
Required Qualifications
Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of New Jersey or ability to obtain prior to start
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Current BLS/CPR certification
Ability to work day shift hours
Preferred Experience / Skills
Previous experience in a contract or travel therapy setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills across diverse patient populations
