Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled physical therapy evaluations and treatments to patients in a home health setting across an assigned county territory (King County or Pierce County)
- Maintain a productivity expectation of approximately 25 points/units per week (approximately 5 points/units per day)
- Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner using the HCHB EMR system
- Oversee and supervise the work of Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) as applicable
- Complete a 2-day in-office orientation prior to beginning field assignments
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Washington
- Prior home health experience required
- Proficiency with the HCHB EMR platform required
- Ability to work standard business hours, Monday through Friday
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for patient home visits within the assigned territory
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience supervising or working alongside Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs)
- Familiarity with King County or Pierce County service areas
