Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy evaluations and treatments to patients in a home health setting across an assigned county territory (King County or Pierce County)
• Maintain a productivity expectation of approximately 25 points/units per week (approximately 5 points/units per day)
• Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner using the HCHB EMR system
• Oversee and supervise the work of Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) as applicable
• Complete a 2-day in-office orientation prior to beginning field assignments

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Washington
• Prior home health experience required
• Proficiency with the HCHB EMR platform required
• Ability to work standard business hours, Monday through Friday
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for patient home visits within the assigned territory

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience supervising or working alongside Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs)
• Familiarity with King County or Pierce County service areas
