Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy evaluations and treatments to home health patients within an assigned territory (King County or Pierce County)
- Meet expected productivity of approximately 25 points/units per week (approximately 5 points/units per day)
- Document patient care using the HCHB (Homecare Homebase) EMR system
- Oversee and supervise the work of Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs)
- Complete a 2-day in-office orientation prior to beginning field assignments
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Washington
- Prior home health experience required
- Proficiency with HCHB (Homecare Homebase) EMR required
- Ability to work independently in a field-based setting across an assigned county territory
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience supervising or overseeing Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs)
- Familiarity with home health documentation standards and productivity metrics
