Contract | Travel | Full-Time | Onsite | Days (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) | 13-Week Assignment | 40 Hours per Week Guaranteed | No Weekend or Call Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services within a hospital-based practice setting
- Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized patient treatment programs
- Document patient progress and clinical notes accurately using EPIC EMR
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary therapy team including OT and ST staff
- Maintain compliance with facility orientation and education requirements
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Maine (or eligibility to obtain)
- Minimum of 2 years of physical therapy experience
- Proficiency with EPIC EMR
- Ability to complete required facility orientation and education modules upon start
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a hospital-based outpatient therapy setting
- Previous travel therapy assignment experience
