Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient physical therapy setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings
- Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient progress and outcomes
- Maintain compliance with facility credentialing and documentation requirements prior to and throughout the assignment
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license (permanent Maryland state license required; compact license may be accepted at start but permanent licensure must be obtained promptly)
- Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
- Ability to meet contract credentialing and quality assurance requirements
- Must not have worked at this facility as permanent or PRN staff within the past year
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel therapy experience in an outpatient setting
- Strong documentation skills and familiarity with outpatient EMR systems
- Ability to adapt quickly to facility-specific workflows and onboarding processes
