    Job Title

    Physical Therapist / Physical Therapist Assistant (PT / PTA)

    Elk City, OK | Acute Rehab

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | 13 Weeks | Days | Monday–Friday with occasional weekend coverage | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Onsite

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment services to patients on an inpatient rehabilitation unit
    • Deliver patient care in accordance with facility protocols, individualized treatment plans, and professional standards
    • Document patient progress and clinical notes using the facility's EMR system (Medi-Tech)
    • Float on occasion to the Med-Surg/Swing Bed unit as needed to support patient care continuity
    • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to optimize patient outcomes and discharge planning
    Required Qualifications
    • Active PT or PTA license in good standing; Oklahoma licensure or eligibility required
    • Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a PT or PTA
    • Ability to work a primarily Monday–Friday schedule with occasional weekend shifts
    • Proficiency or ability to quickly adapt to electronic medical record systems
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Prior experience in an inpatient rehabilitation or acute care setting
    • Familiarity with Medi-Tech EMR
    • Experience working in a small or rural hospital environment
