Key Responsibilities
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat individuals with movement dysfunctions, pain, and functional limitations due to injury, illness, or disability
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other evidence-based techniques
Work to restore patient function, manage pain, and improve overall quality of life
Collaborate with patients and their families to establish meaningful, goal-oriented care plans
Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness strategies, and self-management techniques
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of physical therapy experience (required)
Active Texas state physical therapy license or a valid compact license recognized in Texas (required)
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience working in a long-term care (LTC) or skilled nursing facility setting
Demonstrated ability to deliver rehabilitative care in a patient-centered, goal-focused environment
