CONTRACT - PHYSICAL THERAPY (774) - 13 WEEKS - 8:00A-5:00P
Job Details:
• 13-week contract position working day shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Weekend shifts included with days/weekend schedule
• No on-call requirements
• Cover inpatient rehab and, if volume is down, acute and outpatient settings
• Patient ratios: 5-6 patient care hours in rehab, 12-15 patients in acute, and 6-7 patients in outpatient
• Perform PT evaluations, reassessments, and treatments as needed for inpatient rehab
• Conduct team conferences, family training, and home assessments
• EMR system: Meditech
• Texas State License in Physical Therapy required
• Inpatient rehab experience required
• Pediatric experience preferred
• Bilingual preferred due to heavy Hispanic patient population
• BLS certification required
• Dress code: Navy scrubs; no Crocs, visible tattoos; facial hair must comply with CDC guidelines for N95 mask wearers
