Monitor and document patient progress throughout the course of treatment
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
Required Qualifications
Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of New Jersey
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Ability to work day shift hours
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior clinical experience in an outpatient or rehabilitation setting
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience with documentation and electronic medical records systems
