Contract | Days | Flexible start date; contract length ranging from 13 to 26 weeks | Schedule options include 5x8, 4x9+4, or 4x10; must be available for up to 2 evenings per week until 7:00 PM | Monday through Friday
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient physical therapy evaluations and treatments in accordance with the plan of care
- Manage a caseload with an expected volume of 55–63 patients per week; treatments are typically scheduled 2 per hour and evaluations at 1 hour each
- Document patient progress and clinical notes using the Raintree EMR system
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes
- Complete required onboarding modules prior to assignment start
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Massachusetts
- Minimum of 3 months of outpatient (OP) experience post-clinicals, or at least 1 year of PT experience in other settings post-clinicals
- Ability to work up to 2 evenings per week (until 7:00 PM)
- Expected 40 hours per week
- 30-day cancellation notice required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Familiarity with the Raintree EMR system
- Experience managing a high-volume outpatient caseload
- Comfort working across a variety of scheduling formats (5x8, 4x10, etc.)
