Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient physical therapy evaluations and treatments in a clinical setting
- Manage a caseload of approximately 55–63 patients per week
- Conduct evaluations scheduled at 1 hour and treatments scheduled at 2 per hour
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Raintree EMR
- Deliver patient-centered care in alignment with facility protocols and standards
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license valid in Massachusetts
- Minimum of 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience post-clinicals, or at least 1 year of PT experience in other settings post-clinicals
- Ability to commit to a 40-hour guaranteed work week
- Availability for 2 evening shifts per week (until 7:00 PM)
- Completion of required pre-assignment HealthStream modules prior to start
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience with Raintree EMR
- Travel therapy experience with familiarity of contract-based work environments
