Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
- Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
- Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions in alignment with plan of care goals
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility requirements
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient progress and outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license required
- Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
- Ability to meet credentialing and contract quality assurance requirements prior to start
- Must obtain a permanent Delaware state license; compact licensure may be accepted at start but permanent licensure must be obtained promptly
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in a high-volume outpatient therapy environment
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and external documentation platforms
