    Key Responsibilities
    • Complete comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, goals, and physician direction, utilizing 60-minute evaluation and treatment sessions
    • Complete medical record documentation in a clear, concise, accurate, and timely manner, including goal writing, functional quality indicator assessments, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with state, federal, and intermediary guidelines
    • Delegate and direct all discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients, ensuring functional treatment programs support effective return to community activities
    • Serve as an educator for patients, families, students, and coworkers; participate in student programs by providing supervision, developing learning objectives, and completing student evaluations as assigned
    • Adhere to discipline-specific State Practice Act and all regulatory requirements; maintain professional licensure in good standing and fulfill all state-mandated continuing education requirements
    • Float to one additional clinic location as needed to support outpatient caseload
    Required Qualifications
    • Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist licensure in the state of Ohio
    • Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings
    • Proficiency in pelvic health specialty practice
    • Ability to perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop evidence-based treatment plans
    • Strong clinical documentation skills in compliance with state, federal, and payer guidelines
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Prior experience in pelvic floor rehabilitation or pelvic health specialty programming
    • Familiarity with performance improvement methodologies and quality initiatives in a clinical setting
    • Experience supervising or mentoring Physical Therapy students in a clinical rotation
