Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients in a post-acute care setting (PACS)
- Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Monitor and document patient progress toward established therapy goals
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated patient care
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home programs
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Montana or ability to obtain prior to start
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Experience working in a post-acute or skilled nursing facility setting
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel or contract therapy experience
- Familiarity with PACS documentation and electronic medical records
