    Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | Monday–Friday, expected 40 hours/week | 8-hour shifts

    Key Responsibilities
    • Evaluate and treat a diverse caseload of adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients across orthopedic and neurological conditions including back pain, ACL tears, rotator cuff injuries, vestibular disorders, and more
    • Manage a patient load of 10–11 patients per day, conducting evaluations in 30-minute scheduled blocks with sessions lasting approximately 1–1.25 hours
    • Provide outpatient orthopedic case management with strong clinical decision-making and individualized treatment planning
    • Collaborate effectively within a PT/PTA clinical team, including 2 PTs and 1 PTA, alongside front desk staff and rehab aides
    • Complete clinical documentation using the NextGen documentation system, supported by purpose-built AI scribing technology
    • Maintain compliance with all applicable licensure and documentation standards
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Illinois (or eligibility to obtain)
    • Outpatient case management experience
    • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a PT/PTA team
    • New graduates are not eligible for this position; prior clinical experience is required
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • More than 1 year of clinical experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting
    • Experience with vestibular therapy and manual therapy techniques
    • Familiarity with the NextGen electronic documentation system
    • Comfort treating a broad range of diagnoses including post-operative, musculoskeletal, and balance/vestibular conditions
