    Contract | 13 Weeks | Full-Time (32–40 hours per week) | Monday–Friday | Days | Onsite | Outpatient

    Key Responsibilities
    • Complete comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans in accordance with patient needs, goals, and physician direction
    • Complete medical record documentation in a clear, concise, accurate, and timely manner, including goal writing, functional quality indicator assessments, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with state, federal, and intermediary guidelines
    • Ensure care is provided under signed, valid physician orders and within insurance approvals as required for clinical care
    • Design functional treatment programs that support effective patient return to community activities and progress patients toward discharge within an established length of stay
    • Participate in student programs as assigned, providing appropriate supervision, developing learning objectives, and completing student evaluations
    • Adhere to discipline-specific State Practice Act and all applicable regulatory agency requirements, maintaining professional licensure in good standing
    Required Qualifications
    • Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the state of Georgia (or eligibility to obtain)
    • Ability to perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop clinically reasoned treatment plans
    • Knowledge of and adherence to discipline-specific professional codes of conduct and state practice acts
    • Commitment to patient and employee safety standards, including safe patient handling and infection control practices
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
    • Experience with clinical documentation systems and compliance with payer-specific documentation requirements
    • Active involvement in continuing education and professional development activities
