Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | 5×8s | Expected 40 hours/week | Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (schedule may include Tuesday–Saturday)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment services in an acute care and/or rehabilitation setting
- May also support outpatient therapy services as needed
- Develop and implement individualized patient treatment plans in accordance with physician orders and clinical best practices
- Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with facility standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated patient care
Required Qualifications
- Active Georgia Physical Therapist (PT) license required
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required
- Experience in acute care and/or rehabilitation settings required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Outpatient physical therapy experience
- Familiarity with a fast-paced hospital environment
