Contract | Days | 14-Week Assignment | 30 Hours Guaranteed Per Week
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat patients in accordance with established physical therapy standards and care plans
Develop and implement individualized treatment programs to improve patient mobility, strength, and function
Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with facility requirements
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning
Float to designated coverage areas as needed within the facility
Required Qualifications
Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Connecticut
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Current BLS/CPR certification
Ability to fulfill a 14-week contract commitment
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience in a similar clinical or inpatient therapy setting
Comfort working in a float or multi-unit coverage capacity
