    Key Responsibilities
    • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans in alignment with patient needs, goals, and physician direction, utilizing 60-minute evaluation and treatment sessions
    • Complete medical record documentation in a clear, concise, accurate, and timely manner, including goal writing, functional quality indicator assessments, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with state, federal, and payer guidelines
    • Design functional treatment programs focused on progressing patients toward discharge and facilitating effective return to community activities
    • Delegate and direct discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients while ensuring care is provided under valid physician orders and within insurance approvals
    • Serve as an educator to patients, families, students, and coworkers; participate in student programs by providing supervision, developing learning objectives, and completing student evaluations as assigned
    • Adhere to the state Physical Therapy Practice Act and all applicable regulatory requirements; maintain professional licensure in good standing and fulfill continuing education obligations
    Required Qualifications
    • Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the state of Texas
    • Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop evidence-based treatment plans
    • Proficiency in clinical documentation, goal writing, and compliance with state and federal guidelines
    • Commitment to patient and employee safety standards, including safe patient handling and infection control practices
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
    • Experience supervising or mentoring physical therapy students
    • Active involvement in continuing education and professional development activities
