Shift Details:- Mon-Thurs 6am-4:30pm (30)
Physical Therapist Duties & Responsibilities:- Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Assist patients in improving mobility, strength, balance, and functional abilities.
- Instruct patients in therapeutic exercises and the proper use of assistive devices.
- Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising Physical Therapist.
- Document treatments, patient responses, and progress accurately and promptly.
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
- Maintain a safe and clean therapy environment and equipment.
- Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to support patient recovery goals.
- Follow all facility policies and applicable regulatory standards.
Minimum Qualifications:- At least one year (12 months) of experience as a Physical Therapist
- A valid and current Therapist license issued by the State of CA
- A valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association)
- Copy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.
- Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., .BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements).
