Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient clinic setting
• Complete required clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to support functional recovery and rehabilitation goals
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with facility requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Washington (Compact License holders from WA or AK are eligible)
• Previous experience in a relevant clinical setting
• Ability to fulfill a 13–26 week contract commitment
• Willingness to complete facility-specific credentialing and documentation requirements prior to assignment start
• Candidates who have worked permanently or PRN at this facility within the last year are not eligible for this assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in an outpatient physical therapy environment
• Familiarity with outpatient documentation and EMR systems
• Strong communication and patient engagement skills
