Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat individuals with movement dysfunctions, pain, and functional limitations due to injury, illness, or disability
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other evidence-based techniques
• Work to restore patient function, manage pain, and improve overall quality of life
• Educate patients and families on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and wellness strategies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support individualized patient goals and track meaningful progress

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Physical Therapist experience required
• Active Texas PT license or compact license required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a Long Term Care or skilled nursing environment
• Demonstrated ability to create and implement goal-oriented, patient-centered care plans
