    Contract; Full-Time; Onsite; Days — Monday, Wednesday, Friday 7:00 AM–4:00 PM; Tuesday and Thursday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM; 5x8s preferred (4x10s may be considered); 40 hours per week; Temp-to-Hire opportunity available

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide outpatient physical therapy services to an adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient population with a focus on general orthopedic and balance-related conditions
    • Conduct one-on-one evaluations (1-hour sessions) at an approximate rate of 10 evaluations per week
    • Manage a caseload of approximately 50 visits per week across a diverse range of diagnoses including total joint replacement, rotator cuff repair, disc herniation, ACL tear, plantar fasciitis, and more
    • Complete clinical documentation using the NextGen documentation system, supported by AI-assisted documentation technology
    • Collaborate with on-site clinical staff including PTAs and patient experience coordinators to deliver high-quality patient care
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in good standing; PTA licensure also considered
    • Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience; new graduates will not be considered
    • Outpatient physical therapy experience required
    • Proficiency or ability to quickly learn electronic documentation systems
    • Professional demeanor consistent with a business casual dress code environment
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience treating orthopedic conditions such as TMJ dysfunction, thoracic outlet syndrome, SI joint dysfunction, osteoporosis, and post-operative care
    • Familiarity with the NextGen documentation platform
    • Experience working with adolescent and geriatric patient populations
