    Physical Therapist – Outpatient Rehabilitation

    Location

    Charlotte, MI | Outpatient

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Days | Monday–Thursday 10:00 AM–6:30 PM, Friday 9:00 AM–5:30 PM | 5x8-hour shifts | No floating or weekend requirements | Expected 40 hours/week

    Key Responsibilities
    • Evaluate and treat a diverse outpatient patient population with a primary focus on orthopedic conditions, including total joint replacements and sports-specific injuries
    • Manage a daily patient load of 8–12 patients within an 8-hour shift while meeting productivity standards of 3.00 units per hour
    • Provide care across additional specialty areas as applicable, including vestibular, neurological, lymphedema, and pediatric populations
    • Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner; Epic EMR experience preferred
    • Adhere to facility dress code (polos with black slacks) and all compliance requirements including timely completion of pre-start modules
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Michigan Physical Therapist state license required by start date (compact license not accepted; pending license ETA must be disclosed at time of submission)
    • BLS certification required (AHA preferred; certification must be active by start date)
    • Experience or background in geriatrics, orthopedics, or sports medicine
    • Ability to provide proof of high school level education upon request — strictly required
    • All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted at the time of candidate submission; a maximum of 5 days RTO is permitted per contract
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Vestibular rehabilitation experience or training
    • Experience or additional knowledge in pelvic health, lymphedema, neurological care, or pediatrics
    • Epic EMR proficiency (training provided during orientation if needed)
    • Familiarity with specialty services such as dry needling or pelvic health (not required)
