Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
• Manage an expected caseload of approximately 14–16 patients per day
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with functional goals
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of California
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Ability to manage a high-volume outpatient caseload effectively

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Strong organizational and time-management skills suited for a fast-paced environment
