Key Responsibilities
Screen, evaluate, and treat patients in accordance with state/federal regulations and facility guidelines
Develop, update, and implement individualized treatment and discharge plans of care
Document all services accurately and in a timely manner
Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs per applicable practice acts
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and patient families to support optimal outcomes
Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT)
Active New Jersey PT license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills
Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules and patient needs
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience in a rehab or similar care setting
Experience supervising PTAs or Rehab Technicians
